2010: Guildford Coal Limited was incorporated on 7 May and was officially listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 22 July.
2011: The company announced plans for a joint feasibility study on the logistics of exporting coal through the port of Townsville.
2012: The company increased its stake in White Mountain Pty Ltd to 62.7% with its participation.
2015: The company changed its name to TerraCom Limited in November.
2017: TerraCom bought the Blair Athol mine for a single dollar along with some environmental remediation obligations.
2020: TerraCom acquired 100% of Universal Coal Plc which holds a portfolio of producing, development and exploration assets located across South Africa’s major coalfields.
2022: TerraCom is on track to deliver 640,000 tonnes from the Blair Athol coal mine in Queensland for the June 2022 quarter.
