這2家單位拒收現金，央行出手了！

來源：新華社 央行依法處罰並曝光2家拒收現金單位 中國人民銀行10月27日對外公佈，2022年第三季度，人民銀行依法對2家拒收現金的物業公司及相關責任人作出經濟處罰，並予以曝光。 央行發佈的處罰情況顯示，此次被曝光的單位是南昌市天安物業管理有限公司世紀中央城一期服務中心、廣州市萬科物業服務有限公司南寧金域緹香分公司，處罰金額分別爲1000元和5000元。這兩家物業公司均是因爲拒絕公衆使用人民幣現金支付停車費而被處罰。 近年來，人民銀行持續推進整治拒收人民幣現金工作，對覈實爲拒收人民幣現金的，人民銀行依法處罰並予以曝光，切實保護消費者的合法權益，維護人民幣法定地位。 人民銀行相關人士介紹，社會公衆遇到拒收現金行爲，可依法維權。廣大經營主體應強化法治觀念、維護人民幣法定地位，誠信經營、尊重公衆支付選擇權，共同打造現金和諧流通環境。
