why is gtii now 'sell only'? Why had Tiger taken away the buy button?

I have been buying gtii for the last two weeks with Tiger, but today it was marked as 'sell only'. No explanation as to why that is. What's going on?!

Dissapointed. Tried to buy in the 60s last week but sell only. Did all my DD as well so doubly dissapointed.
