So i had bought $KEPPEL-KBS US REIT(CMOU.SI)$earlier, now going to pay dividend soon $MANULIFE US REIT(BTOU.SI)$and$Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$so they go into my radar today [Chuckle] Because i am a dividend lovers, pls alert me if you see any good stocks pay good dividends! Sure i will check it [Happy] All these 3 are office reits in the US, the good things we buy from SGX no tax ! Keppel KBS bought before ex date, dividend USD0.0302 price at USD 0.705 = DY 4.2% PB 0.82 debt 42%,current price USD 0.685 the different USD 0.02 while i got dividend 0.0302, i am happy. Let us compare the other two now: Prime ex date 11 Aug 22, USD 0.0352 price at USD0.715 = DY 4.9% PB 0.85 debt 40% Manulife US reit ex date 12 Aug 22, USD 0.0261 price at USD0.58 = DY 4.5% PB 0.87 debt 47% The winner is Prime US Reit for me! The question is should i buy today or after dividend? [Eye] Let me think about it my friend 💕 If you are interested, pls do yr own DD too.
