Palo Alto Networks to split on Sep 14 $Palo Alto Networks(PANW)$ Palo Alto Networks has announced their board of directors have approved a 3-for-1 stock split, and trading on a split adjusted basis will take place at the start of trade on Sep 14. This is after PANW reported Q4 results with adjusted EPS of $2.39 vs analysts estimates of $2.28. Revenue for the quarter increased to $1.6 billion vs estimates of $1.54 billion. Post market up by 8.1% as forecast for Q1 billings guided at $1.68 billion to $1.7 billion, revenue guidance at $1.54 billion to $1.56 billion. Full year guidance from management expect sales to come in between $6.85 billion to $6.9 billion, and earnings per share between $9.40 and $9.50 per shares. Analysts were expecting $6.76 billion in revenue and EPS of $9.30 for the full year.
