The Company is engaged in providing comprehensive medical services, providing hospital management services, and selling medicines, medical devices and medical consumables, as well as providing other hospital derivative services to related hospitals. The Company operates in two segments. Hospital Business segment includes outpatient and inpatient services corresponding to its own hospitals. Other Business segment includes operation management services, supply chain services and other derivative services provided to joint-stock hospitals and IOT/OT hospitals. The Company mainly operates in the domestic market.
