The Company operates its business through three segments. The Integrated Resort Development segment is mainly engaged in investing in a resort named Jeju Shinhwa World in South Korea. The Segment is also engaged in the operation of theme parks, water parks, hotels, international retail operations and food and beverage facilities. The Property Development segment is engaged in the construction and sale of vacation apartments and villas. The Gaming Business segment is engaged in the operation of a casino known as Landing Casino in South Korea.
