The Company operates its business through three segments. The Comprehensive Development Business segment involves the development and sale of residential properties, the development and management of commercial properties, and the development and operation of tourism projects, the development and operation of tourism theme parks and the operation of hotels. The Equity Investment and Fund Business segment invests in private equity, industrial funds and education. The Finance Lease Business segment is engaged in the finance lease business.
