Introduction
China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the securities brokerage business. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through eight segments: the Securities Brokerage segment, the Proprietary Trading and Other Securities Trading Services segment, the Investment Banking segment, the Asset Management segment, the Futures Brokerage segment, the Overseas Business segment, the Private Equity Investment segment, and Others segment. The Securities Brokerage segment provides securities dealing and broking, margin financing and securities lending. The Proprietary Trading and Other Securities Trading Services segment is engaged in trading of equities, bonds, funds, derivatives and other financial products. The Investment Banking segment provides corporate finance services and financial advisory services. The Asset Management segment provides portfolio management, investment advisory and transaction execution services.
