$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$As a short seller, I'm really hoping for a close below 240. That would open up the 215-220 range and give me some breathing room. But the longs are definitely fighting back, trying to get as close to 255 as possible. It's a real tug-of-war! I'm still holding onto my puts, though. I've got a feeling this could go either way. But whatever happens, good luck to everyone playing this game. It's always exciting to see who comes out on top!
《GLADIATORS OF CORRECTIONS》 $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ 《Lastnight Flipped Dip》 Picked up a few of my favourites and seized the oppertunity to adjust the portfolio even more.. $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ I was able to close-in on the average lastnight.. happy with the progress.
$XIAOMI-W(01810)$$Xiaomi Corp.(XIACY)$This stock only outperforms the Hang Seng Index when it's falling? And you call it a bullish stock? Come on, that doesn't make sense to me. If it's not doing well when the market is up, then what's the point? I'm not saying it's a total dud, but calling it a "new stock" seems like a stretch. I'd rather invest in something that performs consistently, no matter the market conditions. This one just doesn't cut it for me.
I don't think Nvidia will drop below 800, yesterday dip was partially Caused by hotter than expected cpi data and almost every stock dipped but it recovered partially during trading hours. Intel in my view is in a similar situation compared to amd being late and trying to break into the market. Both will have their place but it will be important if they compete mainly on performance or cost. Both will undercut pricing as much as they can to gain market share with likely faster availability due to shorter order backlog and can be attractive for smaller companies in comparison to hyperscalers Nvidia will still be the performance leader plus their strong software support will always sway buyers to go with them. For hyperscalers building large AI data centers the cost of high
$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ Given NVIDIA's recent 10% drop from its all-time high, there's potential for a short-term correction. However, Bank of America's optimistic analyst forecasts suggest a rebound is possible. NVIDIA's strong fundamentals, including its leadership in AI and gaming, coupled with the ongoing demand for its products, may support a bullish outlook. Tigerians should monitor market sentiment, earnings reports, and industry trends for signs of recovery, considering a buy-and-hold strategy for long-term growth potential while remaining cautious of short-term volatility. This creates an opportunity for us to buy on dips and capitalize on potential upside momentum in the future.
$Reddit(RDDT)$Full disclosure, I got access to 100 shares in the IPO as a ten year high karma contributor to Reddit in areas completely unrelated to finance.Looking at the financials on this company, it appears a significant share of revenue last year went to two people in the form of stock options. This means that RDDT can IMMEDIATELY show a profit by reducing executive compensation; in fact, their compensation was so high I don't think sustaining that would survive shareholder pushback. I have been noticing some very real changes to the Reddit interface to improve usability and increase engagement with the site and content. If one assumes that the people running Reddit are self interested in their own net worth (usuall
$Micron Technology(MU)$Outsmarting yourself: My 90 average certainly welcomed the 113 just after the earning report so I sold all. Could have bought at 110 as it jumped in stages to 130, then back to now at 122. Twenty points lost but the 23 points made before gave me a nice vacation out west. So what to do? Now back in I'm waiting for 140 I guess, or just be patient and hold for a year. The MU of recent years struggled up and down, just like an oil stock, supply and demand and no profit so no confidence. Now there's lots of demand and confidence into the future but it's tempting of course to sell at one of these spurts and hope for a drop to get back in as the volume shows the glide path is upward.[Grin][Grin][Grin]
