Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) Technical Analysis
$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ denies LockBit's $70M Hack Claim. I would be interested to see how this would add on to its woes of US-China strained relationship.
In this article, I will be exploring technical analysis for TSM to see if TSM is having a positive trend for us to do a trade and whether TSM will be experiencing any potential reversal soon.
TSM On Average Directional Index (ADX)
TSM is currently in a developing trend as the ADX line is currently between 20 and 40. I would consider to place a trade when we can have a clearer direction on the trend, will use another indicator for confirmation.
+Di cross above -DI has suggest a BUY for TSM. But before making the decision, it might be better to look at 2 other indicators.
TSM On Relative Strength Index (RSI)
TSM has just exited from overbought region this might suggest a BUY, will consider to look into having a LONG position on TSM.
TSM On Parabolic SAR
From the SAR chart, it seem like TSM might be going into a bearish reversal, so we could see it as a price correction.
This might give an opportunity to buy at lower price, but it is important to watch how the price is going to trend.
Summary
From what I have gathered, it seem like TSM is currently in a strong trend from ADX, but SAR seem to suggest that there might be a potential bearish reversal coming.
So I think it is also wise to follow the news and fundamental so that we can have more information to enhance our decision making.
Appreciate if you could share your thoughts in the comment section whether you think the analysis for TSM is encouraging a LONG or SHORT position?

Terrific start to the new quarter yesterday!
China controls germanium and gallium, the necessary raw materials for high-end chips, and China produces 90% of the world's germanium and gallium! Without the raw materials of germanium and gallium, TSMC and the best EUV in the United States will not be able to produce three-nanometer and five-nanometer chips!
This should see at least $120 in July.
Yeah right, like AMD, NVDA, AAPL etc have other manufacturing choice.
