Be Sure To Check Out the Last Chance to Buy the Top 10 High dividend stocks going to Ex-dividends This Week: many companies like $UnitedHealth(UNH)$ and $Simon Property(SPG)$ showing below are about to give decent dividends into "your pocket".

Editor's notes:

A dividend-paying stock ex-dividend date, or ex-date, is very important to investors. In a nutshell, if you buy a dividend stock before the ex-dividend date, then you will receive the next upcoming dividend payment.

If you purchase the stock on or after the ex-dividend date, you will not receive the dividend. Some investors utilize strategies whereby they will purchase stocks just prior to an ex-dividend date and sell shortly thereafter.

$UnitedHealth(UNH)$ is on Buffett’s best high-yield dividend stocks list. This healthcare company’s dividend yield of 2.71% meets the requirement, but its stock has been a significant underperformer in 2025. Thanks @Tiger_Earnings @icycrystal

I personally like $UnitedHealth(UNH)$ for the potential it holds & presents with analysts giving an average 12-month price target around $385 to $408 with lows near $198 and highs potentially reaching $440-$540. Overall promising times. The next counter $Simon Property(SPG)$ is also interesting.
