Fundamental background

-Revenue /net income /Diluted EPS/ ROE are increasing trend[Like] 

-total debt to equity ratio only 0.806[Evil] 

-fcf increasing trend[Heart] 

Technical analysis

-below ema200 since early MAY 2022[Warning] 

-Price was below ema5 continuously over last 1 week with big gap down yesterday[Gosh] 

-overall it's a downtrend now[OMG] 

News

- the U.S. housing market appears to be slowing down, due in part to the Federal Reserve increasing interest rates.[Drowsy] 

-The economists at Florida Atlantic and Florida International had some cautionary advice for buyers in real-estate markets they believe are overvalued

- all of which they identified as overvalued by more than 60%.

-But just because a market is overvalued by 50% or 60% based on historical price movements does not mean it will fall by that amount.

A previously looking promising stock ( good FUNDAMENTAL background) , uprising trend until the announcement of rising CPI and hiking of interest rate by US FED.[sigh] 

Looking at the technical analysis trend and current inflation and recession period, is this stock had lost its value ?? Should I cut it lost to prevent a bigger lost?? [serious]
