Today is happier than yesterday 😍

Today I received free commission for SG/HK/China market! i am so happy because now I have free commission for SG and US market! If everyday Tiger gives me surprise, i can be millionaires one day, no need to go shopping just pump extra money to buy shares [Chuckle] 

Today most in my watch list US and SG are green, so i am looking at more opportunities, should i buy $KEPPEL-KBS US REIT(CMOU.SI)$? It is near 52 weeks low, compare with $STARHILL GLOBAL REIT(P40U.SI)$and $AIMS APAC REIT(O5RU.SI)$all these seems in buying zone but which one the most undervalue?

STARHILL    PB 0.68 / debt 38% / DY 6.8%Property : Retail

AIMS APAC PB 0.71 / debt 42% / DY 7% Property : Industrial

Dividend Yield (DY) record 2021, to me the winner is $KEPPEL-KBS US REIT(CMOU.SI)$what do you think my friend? It has BUY rate from DBS, RHB and UOB Kay Hian.

I know interest rate is high, but life must go on, people still needs to rent office/home/shop. Invest wisely [Eye]
