Spruce Point is out with an "update" of their short report from last year, just repeating the same tired old arguments. C3's cash is declining. Well yes, C3 did an IPO to raise the money they needed to grow the business, and now they're growing it - opening sales offices around the world, and opening a product development center in Mexico. They're spending money now to grow the business in the future, that's why they did the IPO. They've said that their cash will not go below $700m, so there isn't any problem, but of course SP never mentions this. C3's sales to the Defense Dept are up 100% year over year, but of course SP never mentions this. Shell has said that C3 products have been a game changer for the company and that they're getting billions of dollars of economic benefit from the pr

I’m one of the most bullish on this company but recently I’ve been sorta bearish but for good reason cuz we are coming close to the end of q1 with no complete test flight but now they’ve done a ground test , and mother ship sky test I really think we are going to see a full test flight mid / end of MarchIf we stay around here I see 6-11/12 once announced if successful ( which all flights have been on weekends) I see closed from 12-18 and maybe hitting 22 for the week but settling around 17-20$( this is being very realistic and not including short covering)$Virgin Galactic(SPCE)$

18 million additional shares were shorted last month - now you see the reason for the continuous decline last month. That's in addition to 9 million in the prior two months. So we have a total of almost 30 million shares that were shorted in 3 months and all will have to cover, setting the stage for a short squeeze that will take BABA to triple digits, where it belongs. Hang in there and if you have additional capital, keep buying - anything below $100 is a gift.$Alibaba(BABA)$

Coinbase will be “acutely pressured in the near-term” as its retail customer base trades less frequently in the bear market, but the company has staying power due to its healthy balance sheet with over $5 billion in cash, it's proactive approach to regulatory compliance, prudent risk management and its legitimacy as a publicly listed and audited company$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$

one scary detail about ENPH is the GAAP adjustment relative to stock based compensation. in the 2022 q4 financial data this has eaten up a massive (30%+) part of EPS. Does anyone hold a view as to what we can expect in the future in this regard? Will this expense drop a bit? If such compensation will continue to cost a good part of the profit then this stock is garbage. Additionally this stock appears to be an institutional playing field with implied uncertainties.... any insight would be gratefully appreciated. good underlying business overall but some quirky details.$Enphase Energy(ENPH)$

I used GRAB every day, dozens of times in the past two months. It is an efficient app. I only use it for cars, but I see their green logos and fridge boxes on delivery motos all day, every day. GRAB has to be an acquisition target, maybe by DIDI? Perfect fit.$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$

I think, most longer term investors (not day/month traders) have a cost basis on their positions at around 15 per share. I may be wrong, but this had a 20 price tag (in that area) for a fairly descent amount of time.$iQiyi Inc.(IQ)$

Unity shares are priced around $40, which would be a fair price to pay for a business generating a FCF/share of about $1.50 per share (using a simple DCF analysis, with assumptions made regarding their future FCF). If you project their phenomenal growth (~20 to 30% per year) in the future, it would take more than a decade for Unity to generate enough profit to be fairly valuated at the current share price. If you believe that Unity is going to outpace this 30% yoy revenue growth, then you can probably get something out of an investment in Unity in the next decade. On the business operation side, it's very bright for Unity. Building a game engine requires years of development as well as highly-skilled workers. Unity has a strong competitive advantage given: the size of their developer commun

Google is still cheap on a historical p/e basis. Cloud and chat AI will be growth drivers. Advertising takes a hit in recession too but it’s priced in alot already. It will be first to come back once economy starts flying. I’ll wait. Plus I’m thinking a Dow listing may happen this year, maybe this quarter. Dividend might be close too. I can’t find a reason why gooole didn’t announce a buyback this year, I’m thinking a dividend may be in the near future.$Alphabet(GOOG)$
