🌟🌟🌟Why Australian Stocks Are Good Investments in 2023🌟🌟🌟

🌈🌈🌈As we say Good Bye to 2022, I look forward to 2023 with Optimism and Hope. 2023 will be a great year for the Australian stock market due to better relations with China.  The first step of the thawing relations was made by our leaders in Bali and followed by the recent meeting by our Foreign Minister Penny Wong with her Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi in Beijing.

China is Australia's biggest trading partner and with the relaxation of Covid Policy in China, the economic stimulus will be made by the Chinese government to ramp up the economy.  This means that there will be greater demand for our resources especially in iron ore, minerals and even our agricultural products.

My Top picks for this better relations will be $BHP GROUP LTD(BHP.AU)$ for iron ore, $WOODSIDE ENERGY GROUP LTD(WDS.AU)$  for energy and $WHITEHAVEN COAL LTD(WHC.AU)$  for coal.

$Treasury Wine Estates Ltd(TWE.AU)$  our Top producer and exporter of wines will certainly benefit.  Australian wines were slugged with import tax of 176% by China during the Morrison's government time.  Perhaps this tariff maybe removed by China in 2023.

$Idp Education Ltd(IEL.AU)$  will also benefit as we may receive a revival of more Chinese students looking to study in Australia.

High inflation may taper off in 2023 and the RBA will slow down the interest rate hikes to curb high inflation.  Nonetheless our Big 4 Banks will benefit from rising interest rates.  My Top Pick is Westpac as it is the most undervalued of the 4 Banks.

May 2023 be the Best Year ever for the Australian markets.  I love investing in Australian stocks because the Australian companies pay great dividends.

Trading partners yes but relationship, might not. Australia somehow is still very much in controlled by the US. I do hope everyone can live better rather than expanding militarily. Hope Australia can have a mind of its own
