Share price is down 3% today and dropped 10% in the past month. However it is still up 124% year todate. Investors are concerned over falling gross margins and the latest news that Tesla's CFO Zachary Kirkhorn has stepped down.
The current macro economics with the China's slide into deflation and caution ahead of US inflation data today have dampened market sentiments.
This is just a temporary setback for Tesla as I believe it has exponential growth ahead. Tesla has many projects in the pipeline such as Cybertruck, Full Self Driving Technology as well as its SemiTrucks scheduled for delivery in December 2023 to Pepsi.
So this is a great opportunity to buy Tesla. My Target price to buy Tesla is USD 240. I believe it will hit USD 250 soon. In the short term, I am Bearish on Tesla but in the long term Bullish. Patience and Time in the market, not timing the market, is required to reap the bumper rewards ahead for Tesla.
