If you could only invest in the Magnificent 7, how would you allocate positions?

Welcome to Thursday Special!

So far this year, we've seen quite the rollercoaster ride. 4 out of the 7 stocks have been on the move. 🎢

$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ stole the show with a whopping 84.15% surge, while $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ took a bit of a stumble, down by 28.93%.

Ever heard of "contrarian investing"? Auntie Cathie made headlines by selling $Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ at BTC’s peak to dive into Tesla. Seems like a wild move, right? 🚀

Auntie Cathie is what you'd call a bottom-fisher, buying into Tesla when it's down and shedding Coinbase during its rise.

Now, if you were limited to investing in the Magnificent 7, how would you play it out?

A. Are you the chase high players, ready to ride the wave with NVDA, META, AMZN, or MSFT?🌊

B. Or perhaps you're more of a bottom-fisher, eyeing opportunities in TSLA, AAPL, or GOOGL?🎣

Let's chat about your investment strategy and the logic behind it.

Are you all about chasing growth, or do you prefer to sniff out bargains? 💰💬

Buy Low or Chase High? What's Your Choice?
Nvidia has risen 79% YTD and hits a new high of $897 on Wednesday trading. Apple and Tesla, however, face with problem and fall to $169 and $176 respectively. Cathie Wood recently sold Coinbase as COIN price hit a new 52-week high. ARK turned to bottom Tesla shares. It's clear that Cathie Wood buys low. ---------------- What's your trading style? Will you buy low of Tesla and Apple? Or chase high of Nvidia and Coinbase?

Equal split between nvda, amzn, msft, aapl and googl. These are the companies with potential for the AI ie they are relevant to the future. Meta’s niche is a little unclear as it also has the social media portion. Definitely not tsla as it has no clear advantage over its competitors. By splitting equally ovee the 5, it’s a combination of momentum ans bottom fishing.

If to choose, I would diversify my investment. I will chase high on high players like NVIDIA Meta Amazon and Microsoft but not all in these high players only. The remaining 3 like Tesla Apple and Google are undoubtedly great excellent players in the market too. Just that right now they are experiencing their downturn but it doesn't mean that they will stay this low forever. Look at Meta two years ago, how it slumped while all the others kept on breaking historical high. So I do believe that it is just a matter of time for the remaining three giants to wake up and recover. Their success is not over one or two years but is proven over the decades. The capability is there, just a suitable timing is needed for the stock prices to shoot to the moon! How do you think?

[Happy][Happy]HAPPY International Women’s Day tomorrow 8 March! When limited to investing only in The Magnificent Seven stocks –> Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia and Tesla, I would follow the technical analysis. Focus on their valuations with reference to their share prices. Liok into their forward price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio and other key indicators. I may be a chase high player, bottom-fisher, or a bargain hunter.

Meta Platforms, formerly known as Facebook, has seen its stock soar by 189.64% over the past year, outperforming the S&P 500 by 160%. The company's strong financial performance, dominant market position, and strategic monetization initiatives make it a compelling investment opportunity. Technical analysis indicates that the stock is still on an upward trajectory, with bullish indicators and strong momentum. Price targets for 2024 and 2025 are projected to be $597 and $786, respectively. Meta's announcement of its inaugural dividend was a surprise to many, leading to a 20% increase in share price. The dividend reflects Meta's focus on improving financial discipline rather than a slowdown in growth. Meta's high-growth peers may consider implementing dividends following the positive market reaction.

it's not about bottom fisher or chasing growth. buy the stock that is under its intrinsic value and buy at support levels regardless of whether it's up or down.
