I contributed the miss due to monthly purchase rather than all in one go in the beginning of the year. When I didn’t buy any stock in any particular month, I will make it up in the following month. If I will to take dividend from SRS purchase into consideration, I have achieved my $36k few months back. Since SRS is future money, I will still classify that I missed my KPI. As for my ESPP, they were more than 300% profits years ago. This year the price has moved up higher due to good earning. For these ESPP stocks, I m greedy🤑🤑. I predict they will move up. One stock hit ATH this week whereas the other stock

I always top up $15.3k into my SRS in early January. Thereafter, I will invest in blue-chip stocks. Having the growth potential would allow the dividend to increase with time. So, in the longer run, I prefer growth though if I intend to only keep it for less than 3 years, I would choose dividend yield. CICT is still relatively cheap even with the rise of more than 30%. I believe that there is still more room to rise given its strong portfolio with good occupancy and WALE.
