🌟🌟🌟Xiaomi $XIAOMI-W(01810)$  had an amazing 4th quarter earnings report with an almost 50% jump in revenue, beating analysts estimates.  Xiaomi also raised its target for EV deliveries this year to 350, 000 from 300,000.

Xiaomi is the world's 3rd largest smartphone manufacturer.  It said that it planned to expand its store network across China this year and open 10,000 new Mi Home stores overseas in the next 5 years. 

Even though Xiaomi 's share price is down 2.9% on Wednesday trading, it has risen 6.6% in the past 5 days.  Xiaomi has jumped 66% year todate and in 2024, Xiaomi has skyrocketed 289%.

Xiaomi can be compared to $Apple(AAPL)$  in many ways and has  lots of exponential growth ahead.    Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi has done an exceptional job in steering Xiaomi to great success!

Xiaomi Group will raise up to $5.3 billion through an "old to new" share placement method. The placement price ranges from HKD 52.80 to HKD 54.60 per share. The "old to new" placement typically involves major shareholders temporarily lending existing shares to the allottee, followed by the company issuing an equivalent number of new shares to replenish the major shareholder's stake.       Markets maybe volatile in the short term but with a long term horizon , there is the magic of compounding especially with quality stocks like Xiaomi.

    It is nearing 52wk ATH. Hope to buy when it dips subsequently if any. Seems no div for this counter ? [Smile]
