ServiceNow(NOW) remains one of the positions I am comfortable adding gradually on weekly basic, especially during pullbacks. I started building my position through DCA because I see ServiceNow as more than just another software company. Its platform sits deeply inside enterprise workflows, helping companies manage IT, employees, customer service and increasingly AI-driven processes. As businesses move from experimenting with AI to actually deploying AI agents into daily operations, I believe platforms already embedded in enterprise workflows have an important advantage.
What interests me most is the combination of recurring revenue, enterprise relationships and the potential for AI to expand the value of the platform. AI agents are not only about generating text or answering questions. The bigger opportunity is connecting AI to real business workflows and allowing it to execute tasks across an organization. ServiceNow is already positioned around workflow automation, so I see AI as something that can potentially strengthen its existing ecosystem rather than completely change its business model.
Of course, I am not ignoring the risks. ServiceNow is still a growth stock, so higher interest rates and slower enterprise spending can pressure its valuation. Competition in enterprise AI is also becoming much stronger, and investors will continue watching whether AI creates meaningful incremental revenue rather than simply increasing expectations. That is why I am not trying to go all in at one price. I prefer to keep some cash available and add in batches when the stock gives me better entry points.
For me, the thesis is simple: I am investing in the long-term transformation of enterprise software, not trying to predict the next few weeks of NOW's share price. My target is still to build the position patiently and give the business time to compound. I already have most of my intended position, so future purchases will mainly come from meaningful pullbacks rather than chasing strength. Plan the trade and trade the plan — for ServiceNow, I would rather accumulate calmly than let short-term market noise change my long-term thesis.
