$Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund(XLE)$ is a Shiny Star in the midst of the sea of reds. Since the Ukrainian war, it has steadily climbed higher.
With rising oil prices and high demand for oil, XLE ETF offers me access to the Biggest Energy companies in the US.
In just 1 trade I gain exposure to companies like Exxon Mobil, Chevron and Occidental Petroleum. Even Warren Buffett has invested in Chevron & Occidental Petroleum and he is a Legendary Investor.
There is also a ban on Russian oil in the US and its allies like UK and Australia. Even the EU is considering a ban on Russian oil too. In the recent OPEC meeting, the cartel has decided not to increase its oil production.
All these factors will certainly benefit the US energy companies too. I like $Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund(XLE)$ because it is diversified and minimises my risk on individual stocks. Best of all it is low cost and pays dividends quarterly too.
