    🌟🌟🌟I love SG Reits as I get the benefits of being a landlord without the hassle of maintenance, repairs and difficult tenants. 

    My best performing Reit is $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$  

    I have gained 12% so far this year on CICT.  CICT is the largest REIT in Singapore with a market capitalisation of SGD 13.5 billion. CICT owns 26 properties worth SGD 24.2 billion with 92% in Singapore and just 4% each in Australia and Germany.  It has  96% occupancy rate and a Weighted Average Lease Expiry of 5 years. 

    The current dividend yield is 4.4%. 

    I also own $Ascott Trust(HMN.SI)$  which is the largest lodging Trust in Asia Pacific with asset of SGD 8 billion.  Its portfolio comprises of 105 properties in 47 cities globally. Ascott Trust pays a great dividend of 5.03% currently. 

    With the reopening of international borders, I am bullish on CICT and Ascott Trust. I love collecting dividends from them which is great source of passive income while waiting for capital growth.

The underlying core revenue has grown, with strong performance in currencies and commodities, healthy market share and yields for the key equity derivative products, as well as steady growth in the market data and index business.     The group enjoys a natural monopoly and has a long track record of paying out dividends since 2001. The bourse operator offers a comprehensive range of securities such as shares, bonds, and derivatives for its clients to buy and sell and hedge their investment portfolios. SGX has several catalysts in place to help it grow its securities trading volume.

    ⭐️$STARHUB LTD(CC3.SI)$⭐️ is a ⭐️Stock and a top pick for me as it is a way cheaper than $SINGTEL(Z74.SI)$. It also offers way higher dividend yield (5.77% VS 3.69% based on closing price of 6/2). Telcos are safe stocks in a unpredictable environment as it is a neccessity, so it’s a safe stock to hold for dividends recession or not. Moreover, Starhub is not overly priced now, so it’s a good buy to me. I sold my Singtel in 2021 but have yet to buy Starhub even though I really like it as I’m shifting my capital to buy 🇺🇸 stocks.       @snoopy123 Yes earnings not good this round but have to consider big picture too-it’s because Starhub investing into cloud structure. The fact bad earnings, stock price drop is an even better thing because Dividend yield just went up to 6.19%😃 Buy Starhub is for stable dividend-If in the future stock price go up can sell for capital gain is bonus. Just my thoughts😉
