🍏 Apple foldable is here! Apple joins foldable mobile phone race with its $1999 passport-shaped iPhone Duo. Apple stock has rallied 2.71% post launch. The stock will keep rallying driven by its Siri AI upgrades. The options market is pricing in a post-event range of around $309 to $331 which is roughly + or - 3.5%. AAPL will most likely breaks above $330. Good luck to my Tiger friends. Thank you @TigerEvents @Tiger_comments @TigerStars @Tiger_SG @1PC @icycrystal

C: AAPL stays between $310 and $330. Apple events often produce plenty of excitement without producing an equally dramatic stock move. Much of the foldable iPhone story is already anticipated, so simply confirming what the market expects may not be enough to push AAPL decisively above $330. At the same time, I would not bet heavily on $310 either. The new product cycle, potential foldable iPhone and AI developments provide enough catalysts to support sentiment unless Apple seriously disappoints on pricing or execution. The interesting part is that AAPL already touched $330.81 last week before pulling back.  That suggests $330 is meaningful resistance, while roughly $310 remains an important downside area. So my pick is C. I expect volatility during and after the event, but probably m

I’m leaning toward A: $Apple(AAPL)$ breaks above $330, but I expect some volatility immediately after the event. With the stock already up strongly this year, a “Sell the News” dip is definitely possible if Apple simply meets expectations. For me, the key catalyst is the foldable iPhone and AI upgrades. If Apple surprises positively on pricing, demand or Apple Intelligence, I think the market could look beyond a short-term pullback and re-rate the stock higher. I’d therefore focus less on the first-day reaction and more on the next 1–2 months. Historically, Apple’s post-event weakness hasn’t necessarily stopped a stronger medium-term trend, so I’m staying cautiously bullish rather than chasing the initial move.
C — stays roughly $310–330, with a slight bearish tilt. AAPL has already run up into the event, and expectations for the foldable iPhone are pretty high. At ~$320ish, $330 is pretty heavy resistance, while $310 has already acted as support.

I would choose C: AAPL stays between $310 and $330 in the near term. The biggest risk for Apple is not a weak product launch, but expectations that are already too high. With AAPL up nearly 20% YTD, investors may have already priced in a major AI upgrade, the foldable iPhone, and a strong first impression from John Ternus. If Apple simply delivers what the market expects, profit-taking could easily trigger a classic “Sell the News” reaction. However, I would not interpret a short-term pullback as a bearish signal. The real question is whether the new products can create a stronger upgrade cycle. A surprisingly aggressive foldable price, better-than-expected shipment targets, or genuinely useful Apple Intelligence features could quickly change sentiment. So my base case is short-term volat

Apple Event: Will AAPL Rally or Sell the News?

At 1:00 a.m. Singapore time on September 10, Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 18 Pro lineup, its long-awaited foldable iPhone, and new AI features. It will also be John Ternus’ first major product launch since taking over as CEO. $Apple(AAPL)$ For Apple investors, the big question is not only what Apple will announce. It is what happens to the stock after the event. Will AAPL keep climbing, or will we see another classic Sell the News move? What usually happens to AAPL after an Apple Event? History shows a pretty familiar pattern:AAPL often rises into the event, then struggles on launch day. KeyBanc data shows that over the past five years, Apple shares have fallen by an average of about 0.72% on iPhone launch day, and by around 1.22% over th
