Warren Buffett investment looks very simple and difficult to follow because as a investor we must1. Need yo understand the business first..how the business makes money, most of the business do not look fancy yet looks very simple makes to think us twice does it safe to invest or not 2.His investment doesnot makes you rich instantly or makes you get rich quick. ... Mostly test your patience....so it is difficult to follow if you are to make quick bugs..3 other than this, he also use options to his underlying stocks ... Which makes more money irrespective of market movement.4. He also makes huge money on dividends too ..So this is how he makes money .... To follow his money making process... Need to understand the business how it works n how it makes money. Out of all patience pati

Be greedy when others are fearful

Buffett reported that Berkshire bought more than $51 billion worth of equities in Q1 during the market rout He is practicing what he preaches. I am sure he bought even more in late April, as more and more people liquidate their positions. Berkshire even invested in  Activision Blizzard, a "tech stock"... something that Buffet professed he doesn't understand enough and definitely not the flavor of the month currently. All these reminded me of his famous saying @be greedy when others are fearful... while most people are advising to stay on the sideline and avoid tech stocks in this rising rates environment, should we be "greedy" when others are fearful and start buying into some really badly beaten tech stocks who are market leaders in their own fields. Buying and selling in stock/investment is easy, but not the patience to hold long term ofthe stock ... waiting patiently for it to grow. Definitely you need to select good stock which eventually gives good returns. Not a simple task 😅

They aren't trying to find the 'alpha' or using the CAPM model, they are based on intuition, experience and understanding of market fundamentals. This is simple as it isn't overtly complicated to explain, but to have the level of experience and expertise as Buffet is difficult.

Warren Buffett: 7 Rules Investor Must Know

Key Takeaway Intelligence And integrity Are The Foundation Invest In Quality Businesses, Not "Cigar Butts" Invest In Businesses You Understand Look For The Opportunity And Take Action In Right Time Don't Sell Because Of Price Fluctuations Invest When They Are Cheaper Than Their Real Value 1. Intelligence And integrity Are The Foundation When we hire people, we look for intelligence we look for in for initiative or energy, and we look for integrity. Because if you're gonna get somebody without integrity, you want them lazy and dumb. 2. Invest In Quality Businesses, Not "Cigar Butts" I've been taught by Graham to buy things on a quantitative basis. Why is copying Buffet tough? What next? There were three tips that were shared on how to invest like Warren Buffett. Namely, investbased on the intrinsic valuation, be prepared to invest and hold forever, and don't invest in acompany that you don't understand.Sounds simple right? The RealityIntrinsic valuation is as much as a science as it is an art. The science part is the simple stuff. Like understanding valuation metrics like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Price:Equity ratios (PE). It gets more exciting as you go down the rabbit hole of investing. Metrics such as PEG, EV/EBIT, ROIC, PS, EV/FCF start coming in. Once you have gained sufficient knowledgeon knowing which metric/s to choose, the ART part kicks in. What discount rate should youuse? What margin of safety are you
