How to Profit From Upcoming MEME Mania? Follow MEME ETF!

From March of last year to January of this year, the MEME ETF $ROUNDHILL MEME ETF(MEME)$ in the US experienced a decline of over 55%. However, the significant drop in MEME stocks was completely reversed in January of this year. Since the beginning of this year, the MEME ETF has risen by nearly 60%. Why meme stocks stage a comeback? The turnaround of MEME stocks is closely related to the changes in the US economy. At the beginning of last year, Wall Street institutions predicted a 70% chance of the US entering a severe recession, but now hardly any institution is still predicting a recession. As the possibility of a US recession decreased, the weak MEME stocks became the most potential targets in the market. To some extent, the MEME ETF can be se

Communication plunges, buy the dip?

On July 17th, the communication sector experienced a significant decline. $AT&T Inc(T)$ and $Verizon(VZ)$ , with respective drops of approximately 6.7% and 7.5%, were among the bottom-performing companies in the $S&P 500(.SPX)$.The cause of this decline was the downgrade of AT&T's rating by $JPMorgan Chase(JPM)$ over concerns about the progress of its wireless and broadband businesses. Recent discussions with management revealed lowered expectations for wireless (reduced in May and June) and broadband (June) performance. AT&T is facing relatively less pressure in its mobile business (from Verizon,

“Complete” bull run

Inflation has been showing signs of easing over the last 1 year. Rate hikes campaign could be over soon, though rate cut may not happen in the near term. Megacap stocks are rallying like nobody’s business. Next up, investors would want the smaller cap stocks to join this rally to make this bull run “complete”. And I think this period is quite timely as companies report their earnings. We shall see if the smaller companies can give us some good results.  Check out my YouTube video if you have not: Earnings TSUNAMI! Incoming AI Wave! Unusual Options talks?(7.13)Crypto Makes Everything!

July 13th, the U.S. stock market continued to reach new highs in the past year and a half, with one of the important factors being the decline in inflation. The PPI on Thursday was once again below expectations, creating anticipation in the market for a further decline in CPI. The U.S. dollar index also continued to fall, even breaking its lowest point in a year. In terms of market performance, large technology stocks continue to support the upward trend. Among them, $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ had a relatively small increase previously, raising suspicions of a rebound this time. Furthermore, its advertising revenue is closely related to economic activities. $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ can be considered the large technolog

$iShares Russell 2000 ETF(IWM)$   Small-cap stocks have the potential to maximize returns The best reason to invest in small-cap stocks is their greater potential to deliver outsized returns compared to larger companies. For instance, it's considerably easier for a $1 billion company to become a $10 billion one than it is for a $100 billion company to grow to $1 trillion. In fact, some of the biggest companies in the world once traded in the small-cap range, such as Amazon (AMZN 2.68%) and Netflix (NFLX 1.43%). If you had bought and held these stocks when they were small, you would have seen your initial investment appreciate more than 100 times. Small-cap stocks tend to have higher growth rates. Again, it's easier for a smaller company

$iShares Russell 2000 ETF(IWM)$   The IWM has been on a crazy roller coaster ride lately, and everyone's wondering if it'll keep going up or crash and burn like a kaya toast left unattended in a toaster. You see, the reason why the small caps are partying hard is because there were a ton of short positions in those small caps. These short sellers were betting against the little guys, but the rally was so strong that they couldn't hold on any longer. They had to cover their positions, which caused a short squeeze that sent the prices skyrocketing. We're talking 7% to 9% jumps in a single day, like a lion dance troupe on steroids. Now, these small cap companies aren't exactly swimming in cash like their big brothers. They're more like your frien
