US PRESIDENT ELECTIONS What would be the impact on the President Elections if Harris or Trump wins? On their plates, lies the heavy responsibilities of their words during their debates on whether they stay true to what they have said or "promised".  Besides that, the political agenda on tariffs, US-China relations, trades, Taiwan are some of the critical issues that needs to be address.  How much will it impact the stock exchange? One thing for sure - semiconductors, EV industry, Banking will be affected by  whichever President that wins as policies are  crafted based on their belief system and what benefits America. If Trump were to win, some stocks will gain and some will fall. Probably China stocks will plumet. If Harris wins, again, some  stocks will rise while

NVIDIA Nvidia used to be the most sought after company but have dropped its share price to a deeper extent. Was expecting the share to rise above 150 but has been plummeting to a range of 135 to 139 for a few weeks until 2 days ago. Managed to sell all at 144 as I don't intend to keep semiconductor shares. I am still holding to AMD and INTEL but will sell ALL when the price is right. Meanwhile, happy Investing:)

ESR-REIT No point promoting rights to your shareholders when you cannot keep the price above 30 cents. Your dividend payouts are peanuts. ESR-REIT should try to think of strategies to make your business become lucrative. To issue rights at 30.5 cents which your current price is only at 27 cents or 28 cents. Rise up and be a better company. I want to sell ALL the shares at 32 cents!

EV INDUSTRY As the world battle with cutting down carbon footprint and turning our vehicles into Ekectric Vehicles not just for fuel saving and pollution, EV seems to be a better solution as more are cutting down in manufacturing Fuel-led vehicles. I am not a driver but I read an article somewhere that a driver needs to charge from 30 minutes to half day depending on the size of battery. As all battery lifespan will continue to deteroriate,  charging EV may take longer hours and some companies have already introduce battery swapped sstrategies. I am concern that there will come a time where EV STOCKS will plummet if charging and battery issues are long term problems. More drivers would still turn to petrol-filled cars than EV. I think 10 stocks should be enough because having too diversified does not generally mean higher profitability. Tech stocks, Healthcare, Semiconductors,  Bank, Automobile, ETF and dividend stocks. $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$  Nvidia has been plummeting downwards signalling a lesser demand for its chip and economy setback. While we expect the semiconductor industry to hit its peak based on the AI processor and the AI technology, it is disheartening to see this semiconductor falling.  Though it will remain bearish for another few weeks, it will turn into a bull run in time to come. Outlook on 2nd Half of 2024 The first half of 2024 comes in mixed reactions as some stocks do unexpectedly well while others are still coping  with lossess.  With USA coming Presidential Election and Singaore General Election on its way , some are optimistic about the stock market while others are pessimistic.  With AI accelerating in all aspects of industries together with CHATGPT, many are riding on its waves to boost their business. The most highly sought after stock has gone down at least 8% yesterday and now is still falling. Has it got to do with the CEO selling off his huge shares that triggers this? Hence, besides put your money in Regular Savings Plan, Fixed Deposits, consider buying these stocks or good dividend stocks.
