SG market, on the otherhand, up also up a bit, down also down a bit, relatively resilient. Would you play US market akin to riding roller coaster or ride the merry-go-round SG market? Do you feel you are on roller-coaster rides lately? The market is flushed with great uncertainties and everyone is looking around for guidance and direction. One moment market is in utopia on a little good news but tanks again on the slightest hints of bad news. There is concurrence of macro market conditions affected by COVID, Ukraine war, escalating business costs, supply chain disruptions, sky-high energy prices, stagflation and the list go on. Nevertheless I feel the market is heading for a hard landing soon. For long term investors like me, if it continues to drop, good to accumulate for dividends. The dividends not bad. Long term outlook for logistics REITS should be good considering the ever increasing logistics demands. So don't feel too depressed if you see big drop like today. Bought $MAPLETREE LOGISTICS TRUST(M44U.SI)$at 1.77 finally before close today after it togggled between 1.78 and 1.79 for most of the day. Thought it's not going to drop to 1.77 since it only briefly touched 1.77 at open. If dropmore tomorrow, going to buy more for dividend play.
