Congrats Koolgal 😃. I sold mine 🥲
Replying to @koolgal:Dragon Ball…. Maybe…. 🤣//@koolgal:🌟🌟🌟Books transport me like a magic carpet to different worlds.  My absolute favourite book is How To Quit Like A Millionaire by Kristy Shen and Bryce Leung.  I am inspired by the steps they took on their journey to become a Millionaire.  They are inspired by the FIRE movement.  FIRE stands for Financial Independence Retire Early!    It resonates with me and inspire me to adopt FIRE as my goal too. @TigerEvents
Replying to @koolgal:Invest, life, balance!! Nice one my fren haha 🤘🏻//@koolgal:🌟🌟🌟I love to participate in group exercise classes in the gym.  It is fun and invigorating!  The best part is exercising with friends, sharing the warm and friendly atmosphere in my quest to keep fit. That's favourite way of spending my weekend.  The Joy of Movement With Friends! @TigerEvents
Replying to @koolgal:My expensive hobby is buying stocks 🫢//@koolgal:🌟🌟🌟Hobbies add spice and flavour to our daily lives.  My favourite hobby is Sailing The Seven Seas or to put it simply Cruising! It is my ambition to take a world cruise which may cost me SGD 100,000.  So far I have cruised around Singapore waters to Hong Kong, China, Japan, Vietnam, Europe and the US. Cruising is almost like an all inclusive holiday.  I get lovely accommodations, fabulous entertainment and visit exotic locations.  I don't have to cook nor do any household chores.  Instead everything is done for me. Best of all I make new friends and experience the wonders of new countrie

Replying to @koolgal:Nice price my fren 👍🏻//@koolgal:🌟🌟🌟📮📮📮My Best Performing Singapore Stock is $DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$ the largest bank in South East Asia by market capitalisation.  In many ways, DBS mirrors my  investing journey with Tiger Brokers as it is the 1st stock that I bought through Tiger Brokers.  DBS has rewarded my faith in the bank with a Bonus issue for every 10 shares I owned in the latest 4Q23 report. Similarly Tiger Brokers have rewarded me with lots of prizes from stock vouchers, Tiger Coins as well as prizes like Tiger Plushies, Shopping Bags, Rubik Cube and even umbrellas. DBS and Tiger Bro

Replying to @koolgal:Well said. Managing risk is always important//@koolgal:🌟🌟🌟📮📮📮Investing is like the story of the 3 Little Pigs.  While the 2 Little Pigs' houses got blown away by the Big Bad Wolf, the 3rd Little Pig build a solid house with a strong foundation.  Similarly when we invest in quality stocks like the Magnificent 7, it is hard for the bad spirits to shake the solid  foundation of strong profitability, rock solid balance sheet and an excellent management team. Building a strong portfolio also requires time and patience so that the magic of compounding can happen over time. As the late great Charlie Munger likes to say The Big Money is in the Waiting an

Replying to @koolgal:DYDD is always the best haha//@koolgal:🌟🌟🌟Investing is very much a personal journey and while it is good to learn from the experts, it is important to be cognitive of the pitfalls of following blindly.  I like to read the latest news from Wall Street Journal, Reuters as well as our local papers like Business Times and the Edge.  I do watch YouTube videos too but I am selective on these.  I also subscribe to Tiger Trade Feeds where I can find out how some of my Tiger Friends are trading.  It is a valuable resource and together with other articles that Tiger Brokers post daily, I get a snapshot of the latest news on the financia
