Just my 2 cents//@koolgal:🌟🌟🌟Sleep is one of the 3 most important things to live a healthy life apart from good nutrition and exercise.  It is easy to lose sleep over losses in the stock market especially when it is a big position.  I must confess that I lost some sleep when the Hong Kong markets hit new lows recently but when I ask myself is it worth it?  The answer is crystal clear.  Nothing is worth losing a good sleep not even big  losses in the stock markets.
