$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$ Well it has been on Downtrend + Stuck-in-Channel ever since IPO ..... this really suggest that is "just-another-ride-sharing" company. More importantly it shows GRAB Management is not as capable as the market thought, hence share price is just meandering in that channel until something significant that makes the difference comes up. CEO appears to be arrogant too ... and perhaps too big for his shoes ...

$Walt Disney(DIS)$ Disney should open up their own hospitals that would specialize in gender reassignment for children. They could even include the treatments with vacation packages. ✈️

Better sales and margins are a good catalyst. $XPeng Inc.(XPEV)$ is more undervalued and I am ready to buy again if bears short it down. $Charge Enterprises Inc.(CRGE)$ is my easy add and hold after a very solid balance sheet confirmed in the 10-Q just released. 140M cash and market cap is only 15M. Patience will beat the manipulation.

$NIO Inc.(NIO)$ I believe in NIO's products and its projects, but at the same time I am concerned that managers play with delivery numbers. In November one of the managers stated that 45,000 units would be delivered in December 2022, which did not happen and then the CEO and CFO affirm that 250,000 units would be delivered in 2023...... I think they are better if they just say that "we will continue growing up" and not "playing the lottery".....I think they do great damage to the stock.

(or this week maybe?) then 42.50 and by then hopefully the news cycle will be positive and support the run. I bet this doesn't take very long, assuming negative news stays away, and the HK action supports this as well. Looking for a solid break above 150 HKD there. $New York Community(NYCB)$ Just viewed the investor presentation. The fear peddler C is falsely claiming that the company “overpaid for more CRE”. False. Per the investor presentation, CRE and multifamily were excluded from the acquisition however, servicing rights were left open. Management actually expanded into several new areas with this acquisition and further diversified the loan base. SBA loans and healthcare are prominent examples. As a result of the acquisition, CRE concentration dropped from 12 percent to 10 percent and multi-family concentration dropped from 54 percent to 46 percent of the total book. This information is clearly stated and available on the company website.
