$Occidental(OXY)$ If Oxy follows though with plans to start buying back the preferred shares from WB then they should increase the dividend to around $2 (annual basis) which is half of what needs to be returned to shareholders on an annual basis to start the process. This would also put the yield in the ballpark with CVX$Chevron(CVX)$ and XOM$Exxon Mobil(XOM)$ . Finger crossed.
