4月14日讯，港股主要指数大幅高开，恒指涨1.05%报28796点，国指涨1.29%报10990点，恒生科技指数涨1.9%报8191点。
盘面上，比特币再创新高，区块链概念股全线高开，雄岸科技涨6.1%，火币科技涨5%，柏能集团、美图涨4.8%。光伏玻璃股走强，福莱特玻璃高开2%；有色金属、汽车、半导体、生物科技、物业股普遍上扬，体育用品股延续强势行情；昨日表现弱势的大型科技股集体上涨，网易高开5%，美团涨4%，昨日大跌7.44%，腾讯涨超2%；猪肉概念股、香港银行股走弱明显。
吉利汽车涨3.2%，吉利据悉考虑将其电动汽车制造商极星通过SPAC方式上市，并为旗下超跑品牌路特斯进行融资。
4月13日，再鼎医药(ZLAB.US,09688)和Novocure(NVCR.US)共同宣布了一项有关接受含铂化疗进展后的IV期非小细胞肺癌患者接受肿瘤电场治疗的III期关键性临床研究LUNAR的最新进展。截至9时20分，涨14.96%，报价1168港元，成交额210.24万。
