If there cracks at the bottom of the wall, bricks at the top are likely to fall eventually.

If don't react to daily stocks up n down then stock markets won't be doing trading of buy n sell. Millions investors make daily profits or losses. Welcome to the stock markets.

Finding reasons to justify daily rise and fall is not really useful. Most of us do not buy/sell based on daily price movement. Over focusing on daily rise/fall may leads to emotion taking over and us making the wrong move (cutting loss at lows due to panic or buying high during rebound due to FOMO). Humans are very vulnerable to emotion and huge rise/falls often leads to us being affected. Media reports often makes it worse. That's why in the market, oversold/overbought are common. Especially in current volatile times with huge price swings, we need to learn to tune out. It's better to try to identify the general trend and the few important macro factors to look out for. Have a game plan and just execute according to it. Don't fumble and get mislead by emotions.

Recession is definitely coming. The interest rate is the first sign. When Recession is imminent,  the first to react is the stock market. If we long Investor, perhaps its time to buy provided bullets are available. What is cheap can be cheaper but what comes down will goes back up if the companies are strong.
