Intuitive Machines said on Tuesday it has bagged a navigation and communication services contract of up to $4.82 billion from NASA for missions in the near space region.
Shares of the space exploration company soared 57% in overnight trading and have more than doubled so far this year.
Power infrastructure developer VivoPower said on Tuesday it has signed a non-binding agreement to merge with Canada's Future Automotive Solutions and Technologies (FAST), which would create a $1.13 billion combined company.
VivoPower shares surged 29% in overnight trading.
U.S. Steel shares rose 4% in overnight trading on reports that it won an extension to the U.S. national security review of its planned $14 billion sale to Nippon Steel.
