9月13日凌晨发微博表示，“脱口秀终究是脱口秀，创作这段内容的本心也只是想给大家带来一些快乐，大家图一乐就够了。我和家人目前都没有持有这只股票，也没有这个计划。股市有风险，投资需谨慎，还请大家理智对待。”另外，在笑果工厂公众号9月11日的推文中，House表示他并没有真的亏掉12万那么多，“从年化收益率这段开始，后边的东西都是计划外写出的梗，想把那种滑稽的不可一世感再往上写一倍。”不过，股民的热情依旧汹涌而至，中秋节假期过后的第一个交易日直接将ST洲际拉到涨停， ST洲际也稳居多个平台热股榜第一。直到午间收盘，ST洲际打开涨停，而涨停板追高的投资者则出现浮亏。很快，13日中午12点48分左右，@上交所发布 通报：今日上午，ST洲际（600759）价格走势异常。上市公司已发布澄清公告明确，公司生产经营未发生重大变化。上交所依规对拉抬股票开盘价等异常交易行为采取了自律监管措施。上交所将持续加强监管，对影响市场正常交易秩序、误导投资者正常交易决策的异常交易行为从严认定、从重采取自律监管措施。上交所再次提醒投资者关注风险，审慎参与，合规交易。这一通报来得并不算太然。在13日上午ST洲际封住涨停板之际，就有不少金融圈的人士表达了担忧，因为《证券法》规定，无从业资格的个人，不允许从事证券投资、咨询业务，没有从业资格的人员在公开场合推荐股票并公布具体名称或代码即为非法。而在面向大众的节目中直接报股票代码，稍有不慎就会落入非法荐股的嫌疑，果真如此，House所调侃的“证监会都要来调查我”就会变成现实。这也是为何“无辜”被牵连的ST洲际在12日晚上紧急发公告澄清的原因。目前来看，House提到“600759”这个代码应该是无心之举，可能只是为了增强段子的喜剧色彩而说了一个具体的代码，而此举引发市场如此跟风，大概率也出乎他的意料。不过，仅仅是因为脱口秀演员随意提到一个股票代码，散户们就能这么“上头”，也恰好说明了“韭菜们”真的就是像House说的那么“无脑”——由此形成完美闭环。尽管目前监管层尚无进一步的行动，但无论如何，House是给自己惹了一个不必要的麻烦。试想一下，如果House只是说了一个不存在的股票代码，即便会略微影响段子的效果，也好过被监管关注。对脱口秀从业者甚至是所有内容创作者来说，这都是一个警示。花开两朵，各表一枝。引发如此多关注的“600759”又究竟是一家什么公司？在被ST前，ST洲际名为“洲际油气”， 全称为洲际油气股份有限公司，成立于1984年8月，是海南省最早公开发行股票的股份试点企业之一，2014年开始由房地产、租赁服务和贸易转型为石油勘探开发和石油化工项目的投资及相关工程的技术开发和咨询服务、石油化工产品、管道生产建设所需物资设备、器材的销售等。目前该公司两个主力在产项目分别为马腾油田和克山油田，都位于哈萨克斯坦滨里海盆地。从其股价走势看，ST洲际曾在2005年7月20日盘中达到0.47元/股的低谷，也曾在2015年6月10日盘中达到过16.72元/股的高峰。在近一年间，相较2021年9月13日收盘的3.33元/股，截至2022年9月13日，ST洲际报2.53元/股，已跌去近25%。今年4月25日该公司发布公告，因触及“最近连续3个会计年度扣除非经常性损益前后净利润孰低者均为负值，且最近一个会计年度财务会计报告的审计报告显示公司持续经营能力存在不确定性”的情形，4月26日起，
