港元，维持「买入」评级。当前行业供需紧张局面严峻，公司作为有产能增量的晶圆代工厂料将受益中芯国际董事长周子学博士在2021 年3 月17 日SEMICON China 开幕致辞上表示，「当前全球半导体的供应还是处于非常紧张的局面」，「下游整机行业受到半导体供应紧张影响，历史上从未出现过如此严重的情况，据从业人员回忆，只有在1999 年发生过类似局面。」本轮芯片缺货原因需从供需两方面来看：一方面，市场需求增长远超预期，5G 手机主芯片、射频前端、电源管理芯片等较4G均有升级，例如单机PMIC 芯片数量从4G 手机平均4-5 颗增加到了5G 手机7-8颗，同时IoT/智能家居、汽车电子需求上行，疫情宅经济下服务器、PC 增长也导致芯片需求剧增。另一方面，扩产的速度难以追上需求的增长，在疫情影响下，部分海外晶圆厂放慢扩产计划，全球主要供应商暂停出货，即便设备进厂也没有团队安装，这直接导致产能的扩充进度延期。中芯国际在2020 年扩产8 英寸晶圆月产能3 万片、12 英寸2 万片，依然供不应求，维持满载运营，2021 年公司计划继续扩增8 英寸晶圆不少于4.5 万片、12 英寸1 万片。公司调涨代工价格，ASP 料将提升根据产业调研，中芯国际一季度有上调其晶圆代工价格。在全球范围，中芯国际涨价的时间点相对靠后，晚于联电、力积电等厂商。我们预计涨价将主要对公司利润率有正向贡献，同时在产能紧张状态下，公司产品组合或有进一步改善，可以相应生产更多高毛利产品。成熟制程产能满载，较先进制程部分产能利用率有进一步提升公司55nm 及以上成熟制程部分自2020H2 起持续处于产能满载状态，2020Q4 公司40nm 及以下节点收入曾出现环比下降, 推测或为9 月15 日后大客户停供的影响，其中14/28nm 收入环比下降68%、40/45nm 节点收入环比下降19%，反映当时40nm以下产能利用率尚低。我们预计2021Q1 公司14nm 产能利用率会有明显改善，在当前台厂产能吃紧背景下，部分国产主控芯片、矿机芯片厂商已在中芯国际14nm 加单。同时在40nm、28nm 等节点，我们也看到部分客户例如全志科技、瑞芯微的2021Q1 业绩出现超预期增长。我们预计一季度有望看到公司40nm及以下较先进制程部分产能利用率的明显改善。扩产方面，中芯深圳和中芯京城项目或形成后续产能梯队中芯国际 3 月 17 日公告签 署框架协议拟引入深圳国资，在深圳空置厂房中扩增 4 万片/月 12 英寸晶圆产能，扩增 产能有望在 2022 年投产（详见 3 月 18 日发布的《中芯国际重大事项点评——引入深圳 国资扩产 12 英寸产线，受益行业缺货和国产替代》）。中芯国际目前还在北京亦庄马驹 桥地区建设「中芯京城」项目 4 栋厂房，每栋产能 5 万片/月，总产能为 20 万片/月。其 中一阶段项目投资约 76 亿美元，建设两栋厂房，形成 10 万片/月产能，目前处于土建阶段，首栋 P1 厂房预估 2022~2023 年完工，P2 厂房预计于 2025 年完工（详见 3 月 1 日发布的《中芯国际跟踪报告——成熟制程扩产顺利，未来 ROE 提升有望》）。公司后续产能梯队布局明确，我们长期看好公司成熟制程持续扩产做大规模。成熟制程已有众 多国内设计公司正在快速成长，例如图像传感器领域（主要制程为 55~65nm）的韦尔股份、存储器领域（55~65nm）的兆易创新、物联网芯片领域（28~40nm）的紫光展锐、
