Apple is becoming a value stock. Better to invest when it dips.

$Apple(AAPL)$is one of the biggest brands in the world, backed with a great financials, FCF, tons of cash. with strong branding, it means that apple has better leverage to pass inflationary costs to its customers. always positioned as to tier, its plan to offer a note affordable mid range phone will help to increase the market share. however, some raised concerns about innovation that seems underwhelming.apple car is an interesting development. though apple doesn't own any factory and rely on an outsource model, we are not convinced if this success can be seen in the apple car. however, apple has always delivered high quality products. the recent high level turnovers did little to improve the market confidence. apple's recent M1 chi

Value compression, or multiple compression, is simply when a stock's price/earnings multiple, gets smaller. It doesn't matter if $Apple(AAPL)$earnings is to the moon, if the market decides it's stock price is too high, a value compression will occur.  An incoming economic recession can trigger such a situation.Hopeful when we should be fearful or fearful when we should be hopeful?

No doubt that Apple will outperform the rest 5-10 years later. Share price 10 years later will be higher than current price. But that do not mean one should blindly buy and said it's for long term. I like to buy good business at a fair price. Good business at an expensive price is not preferred. Current valuation is just too high compared to its historical valuation. High valuation in the current market situation (hikes and QT) will not work out and eventually be lowered.
