Rakers has an Equal-Weight rating and $890 price target on Super Micro.It also seems as if investors may be expecting an upside pre-announcement, Rakers added, citing recent news about \"large scale\" GPU cluster deployments, including xAI's super computer, and recent developments out of Meta Platforms (META) and Tesla (TSLA). Additionally, there has also been \"an increasingly visible emphasis on volume deployments of the company's direct-liquid cooling / DLC rack-scale offerings,\" Rakers added.Separately, Nomura downgraded the stock, citing \"already high expectations.\"There are several uncertainties that could make it difficult for Super Micro to deliver on its promises, analyst Donnie Teng said. Teng lowered his rating on Super Micro to Neutral from Buy with a $930 price target.Analysts are largely bullish on Super Micro (SMCI).
