If you look at the SEC filing from Hycroft today you can see that AMC and Sprott both own over 35% of the company. In total over 108% of known stock ownership is declared. This gives them the right to claim that stock WITHIN 60 days. This stock recall will show that synthetic shares have been sold in huge numbers. If you are SOS, and you want to raise money, you WANT these companies to eventually exercise the warrants so you gain the additional proceeds from them! That’s what they were trying to do. But, what happened in between then? Hindenburg released their Short Report following the exercise of the warrants on 2/25. It was perfect timing. SOS already was reduced by the exercise of these warrants, and then pummeled by the short report on 2/26. Since then, none of these warrants have been able to be exercised. As in, SOS has been unable to bring the stock price up to the required minimum exercise price for these warrants for any extended period of time following this shor

Step aside Apple and Google, Nvidia may be the new king of tech, one analyst contends. "Nvidia may be the most important technology company today," said Evercore ISI analyst C.J. Muse in a new note. The analyst reiterated an Outperform rating on Nvidia with a $375 price target. Shares of Nvidia rose slightly into $277. NASDAQ 100 still needs to grow another 10% to reach ATH. NVDA tends to follow NASDAQ 2x to 3x. The fact that NVDA is down only -6.21% YTD while NASDAQ is down -8.28% means that NVDA performed well relative to everyone else. So when the (tech) market as a whole climbs back to ATH or even reaches new ATHs, that should leave NVDA at least in the mid 300s. So I'm not too pessimistic about NVDA reaching $400 this year, which is what it would take for a $1T valuation.$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$

Did you guys see how the Nasdaq came back from a deficit and ended positively? Similarly NVIDIA mounted a counter attack and turned around beautifully but simply ran out of time.
