$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ SMCI will announce secondary offering for debt financing, and the restatement of earnings along with 10K. They will also announce very good qtrly earnings. So all the bad news along with good earnings will make the street spin on news. Once the news washing cycle completes stock will trade usually.

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ $General Motors(GM)$ TSLA missed on lowered revenues estimates meaning they couldn't even meet or beat a revised lowered threshold on revenues, and without the layoffs (= lower future production), it would have been a near flat and possibly a Double-Miss. No under $30k vehicle, no roadster, and spending on a business model of restricted-by-law robo-taxis is foolish right now. These facts are what will lead to another selloff as more people realize valuation matters.Speaking of valuation, GM is the place to be in this space ahead of all others who is knocking it out of the park...
