The need to travel will boost the further consumption. OPEC supported by cutting supply that drive up the Price to be good for their pocket. Limited也减持了8000万股股份，套现约1.8亿港元。8月29日公司，周成九减持了1.64亿股，而这次的减持正好发生在公司股价涨10倍的前两天。\n沽空率居高不下，11月份以来公司沽空比率一直在20%以上。公司第一大经纪商再现金利丰，金利丰持股13.28%，此前暴跌的金汇教育、中国环保能源都和金利丰有着千丝万缕的联系。本次雅高控股暴跌或与港证监对庄股、老千股的打击有关。过去十几年间，朱太为数十家内地企业在港上市融资提供协助，客户遍及福建、上海、北京等地。由她经手的上市公司超过150家，因其眼光之独到而被媒体称为“壳后”。金利丰证券持股金汇教育74%，股价一度暴跌逾60%。而中国环保能源有家子公司叫金利丰集团有限公司。\n金利丰在近年来一度以运作港股市场上三四线细价股上市及“借壳”等活动闻名，并带动众多内地富豪、企业与本地富豪参与，其经典案例包括在2009年为从事电池配件生产的中策集团（00235-HK）操作“蛇吞象”式收购台湾南山保险，以及与多名富豪共同发动电信盈科（00008-HK）私有化等。\n近两年，香港证监会对金利丰证券两度冻结客户资产，甚至直接到金利丰证券母公司金利丰金融（01031）位于中环国金一期的总部搜集资料。目前有报道指港证监正对老千股、庄股等操作进行严打。有市场人士猜测，不排除金利丰在严打前丢车保帅，逐步退出部分壳股。\n金利丰证券屡陷风波，港证监直接入总部搜查\n2018年1月，有“壳后”之称的朱李月华旗下旗舰，以承销创业板股票、细价股上市等闻名香港的金利丰金融（01031-HK）被香港证监会点名指股权高度集中，公众股东仅持有8.347%的股权。被证监会点名后股价一度暴跌三成，不过公司声明称，仅查询后确认公众持股已超过25%。\n新浪港股查询发现，2018年年报，主力月华持有公司101.57亿股，公司总股本136.14亿股，持股占比74.6%。目前并无证据表明公众持股不足25%。在2018年9月及今年2月先后两次冻结金利丰证券旗下个别客户的资产。其中，去年9月17日香港证监会向三家证券行发出通知，包括金利丰证券、中南金融及汇丰金融证券（亚洲），禁止有关证券行在未得该会同意下，以任何方式处置一名上市公司主席任受益人的帐户内任何资产，以总值101.68亿元为限。\n香港证监会调查发现，该上市公司主席涉嫌串谋策划欺诈性的计划，令集团或已损失约101.7亿元。该人于上述三家证券行所持证券与现金，当时估计共46.4亿元。该人当时可能身处海外或于内地就一宗涉嫌贪污案接受调查。\n独立股评人David
