$Apple(AAPL)$ One of the strongest, if not the strongest tech company. Feel that it is in good hands now and there's so much to look forward to in the upcoming pipeline. Some of their products are also industry leading. So I would think they will continue to maintain their dominant position for now. Haven't let me down unlike other tech. Looking forward to what they bring in the coming months and years

$CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$ for its long track record and its stable dividends. Doesn't look like sg retail is getting hit despite all the talk on inflation and potential recession. Malls have been so crowded every time I visit. This reit also has an excellent sponsor to provide an exciting pipeline. Personally, I'm looking forward to ion becoming part of this reit. Probably even jewel in the future. It's quite reasonably priced now so I'm loading up more units

Tech companies like $Alphabet(GOOG)$ will continue to lead the way in the longer term simply because of what they bring to the world and the problems they solve. No other industry in the world can even come close. Because of this, the best tech companies are capable to branching over to other industries and disrupt them in a positive and significant way.

$Lendlease Global Commercial REIT(JYEU.SI)$ recent market sell off offers a good buying opportunity for an alternative to C38U. Any price drop is quite obviously unjustified and offers a discount for SG retail reits. SG malls are super packed nowadays despite all the bad news surrounding inflation and recession. The high tier malls from JYEU are strategically located and stand to gain more than the other malls

$SINGAPORE AIRLINES LTD(C6L.SI)$ travel is not showing any signs of easing despite recession fears or the increased price tag. The latest results announced by SIA confirms this. Full resumption of travel to Japan and china is also another excellent news for SIA. Looks like 2023 will remain good for Airlines and other travel related companies. Beyond 2023, it seems good as well with Singapore progressing with building its fifth airport terminal that is almost as big as terminal 1-4 combined. This gives Singapore Airlines the chance to scale up and not restrict their fleet size due to available space of their home base. Would nibble progressively

$ISHRS CORE MSCI WORLD ETF USD (ACC)(IWDA.UK)$   thinking to get more with prices looking very attractive. Beauty of this is that its accumulating and dividends will automatically get reinvested at no additional fees or any action required from the investor. One of the best buy and hold forever etfs since it is also well diversified across all major regions and all industries.

$MasterCard(MA)$  to own a stake in one of the largest payment networks in the world, especially if you look at the western world. Their strategy seems to be working out and I've seen a few fintech companies switch out from the visa to mastercard network. There are major merchant who have starting imposing fees for the use of visa as well. Hopefully this is sufficient to tilt the balance in the future for the biggest payment network
