There is no reason to pay above current market price.As mapletree will fork out the money, it is a real good stock now at $1.8. Thinking of buying more. 

$TENCENT(00700)$the faster napier sells thebetter. The shareholder doesnt add value to tencent. Just look at their own company status And investments so far. i can say most are poor.Tencent remains their lifeline And instead of selling their other Non profitable assets, they went to sell theirgolden goose. Poor strategy. 

$CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$Not too sure why it fell, but based on tech analysis,there should be some news coming up. Is it rights issue, or higher int of borrowing, or selling of assets. No one knows. Just speculation And robot selling. Short term is bearish with long black and highvolume.
