      $Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$  next Evolution in AI are the Data Centers that host them. With big boys spending money and paying steady rent monthly and increasing amount on renewals. At least for the next 3 years you will probably have a steady income and returns on REITs that manage DCs. Electricity, water & fiber optic are the other business that will gain from this growth. I'm sure you all know where my conversation is headed.

      Prime US REIT's Leasing Momentum Seems Strong -- Market Talk

      0618 GMT - Prime US REIT's leasing momentum seems to be strong, UOB Kay Hian's Jonathan Koh says in a research report as the brokerage maintains a buy rating. Its volume of leases signed more than doubled on quarter in 3Q, the analyst notes. The REIT focuses on Class A buildings with modern amenities that are sought after by companies to motivate employees to return to the office. The REIT is expected to sign leases for an additional 35,000 square feet at its Waterfront at Washingtonian property by end-2024. However, the brokerage lowers its distribution-per-unit forecast for the REIT by 10% for 2025 and 9% for 2026 due to narrower net-property-income margin assumptions. It trims the target price to US$0.36 from US$0.37.

      $Tilray Inc.(TLRY)$ I sold mine went it hit 2.92 just last month. It will take a while to come back to that price maybe. Maybe time to buy again but not sure how beneficial

      $Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$ good time to buy with the Fed have planned out lower interest rates in 2024. Biggest issues faced by these US OFFICE REIT was loan interests. It will keep them well floated with lower rates. Meaning dividend payout is also more sustainable.

      $Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$  something to be concerned about esp 8-9 months of depreciation will cause gearing problems esp considering it is very close to the government gearing ratio. To reducd ratio they will sell. But if the value drops they won't be getting the premium the property was originally acquired. To dump and wait for bottom or wait out?
