$Pfizer(PFE)$  Pfizer is OFFICIALLY a DEAD STOCK. Good luck to those who are still waiting for some miracles. Spent TONS on really BAD acquisitions and even with SEAGEN, it is unlikely that it will see light at the end of the tunnel but more so an ONCOMING TRAIN for a massive wreck. Probably wise to stay far away from it if you have not bought in. 🧨

Ascendas is a dead REIT with a whole load of vacancies across all the assets and buildings with tons of companies moving out and unlikely to come back. 

$CapLand Ascendas REIT(A17U.SI)$  Continuing downward trend, likely to drop below SGD2 a share in the coming weeks. 

$Fortinet(FTNT)$  Negative pre-opening, continuing on the pump and dump. The drop will likely continue and hopefully until it hits 30 bucks a share 🤣

$Fortinet(FTNT)$  PUMP & DUMP is happening! Run for the DOOR, don't get caught holding on to this piece of crap 💩.

$Microsoft(MSFT)$  Will we see price heading down to 300? Hope to pick up some shares at that price.

$Coca-Cola(KO)$  Hope to pick up more KO shares at 35-40 share.

$Pfizer(PFE)$  Hoping to pick up PFE when it retreats to 13-15 a share. 

$Fortinet(FTNT)$  Major correction on the way. Hope to see back down to 60 and below over the month or so. 🙏🏼

$CapLand Ascendas REIT(A17U.SI)$  It might be of interest that with loads of companies moving out of Business Parks and it's unlikely to have any new tenants or very lousy rental returns. More likely to become HAUNTED BUILDINGS in the long run. This is a REIT that is no longer relevant in today's environment with all of it's OUTDATED PROPERTIES. Leadership is clueless as to how to go about turning the ship and will soon be sinking, resulting in HUGE LOSSES for their shareholders and investors. Painful days ahead!
