Being a shareholder of both I never thought much about the negative press, and told myself it was just disgruntled people voicing their views. However, I discovered how wrong iwas a few weeks back when i had an issue with them about  their infinite wealth course. The management team forced everyone to choose between 2 options  - and when one option was fully booked, told the rest of us we had nonchoice but to accept option 2 which had nothing to do with value investing. What i disliked was that they came onto the session and told everyone that we had signed a contract  when we registered for the course,
