Aelios made a mandatory conditional cash offer to buy the remaining units it does not own in Suntec REIT , according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Earlier, Aelios had acquired an aggregate of 62,541,7000 units in the company for a cash consideration of SG$1.16 per unit, representing around 2.14% of the total number of issued units.Currently, Aelios has a 31.45% stake in the REIT.Shares of the REIT were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
