Under the high inflation in US, I expect $Wal-Mart(WMT)$  to be the most bullish and the retailer winner in 2023 based on their 4th quarter 2022 earning performance. I believe more people will try to buy more grocery from the supermarket to prepare home cooked meals as it is now more expensive to dine out due to the high inflation. Amongst the 12 retail companies, based on the Financial Year 2022 earning performance, $Wal-Mart(WMT)$ has the highest revenue, 2nd highest net income and 7th highest annual EPS. Based on 4th quarter 2022 earning performance, $Wal-Mart(WMT)$  has the highest revenue & net income and the 3rd highest EPS. Walmart Inc. is

If I could be the CEO of any business, I want to be the CEO of $Wal-Mart(WMT)$ because it is the world’s largest company by revenue and it operates in 24 countries. Market capitalization and revenue are two metrics used for value estimation. Market capitalization reflects the total value of a company based on its stock price. Revenue is the amount of money a company earns as a result of sales. It is possible for a company to have a large market cap but low revenues. Walmart Inc. is an American multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores in the United States. As of 31 Oct 22, Walmart has 10,586 stores and clubs in 24 countries, operating under 46 different names. Walmar

Based on the list of 2022 Top 10 most popular US stocks and ETFs among Australian users on Tiger Trade, I have only traded $Apple(AAPL)$  (5th most popular) and $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  (3rd most popular) stocks. Apple is my best performing US stock with a paper profit of 10.15%. Apple is the world largest company by market capitalization with a market value of $2.389T on 10 Feb 2023. A combination of supply chain disruptions, a weakening environment for consumer discretionary spending, and adverse foreign currency exchange movements hit Apple in 2022, and some of those issues are likely to extend well into 2023. The Stock Trading industry is full of jargon and slang terms that are used by professionals and investors. Some of these terms which have already been mentioned in the post below by Tiger friends include: Golden Cross, Black Swans, Diamond Hands, Bear Hug, Dead Cat Bounce, Dollar Cost Average, DYODD, Bull trap, FOMO, Stagflation, etc. We can also see these slangs quite frequently from the articles or posts in the Tiger App. “Take a flier” is another slang term used in the investment world. It describes the actions of an investor who buys and sells highly speculative investments and is fully aware they may lose all of their money. This phrase can also be used to refer to the event of taking a large loss. For example, saying "the firm took a flier on that investment" usually means that the

Many EV stocks have risen sharply since Jan 2023 especially for $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  stock which is now more than doubled from its 52 week low at $101,81. A few days ago I have started to use Auto-investing method to invest Tesla and I have earned a paper profit of almost 8% today as shown in the PnL% photo below. Auto-Investing helps to lower our average cost potentially through dollar cost averaging and reduce the risk of market timing.

I am bullish on $ASCENDAS REAL ESTATE INV TRUST(A17U.SI)$ as it is one of Singapore's most reputable REITs. Backed by Temasek-owned CapitaLand Investment Limited (SGX:9CI), the REIT is the first and largest industrial REIT in Singapore, in addition to being a constituent of Singapore's blue-chip Straits Times Index (STI) with a weightage of 2.7%. The REIT currently offers an attractive yield of 5.33% based on the share price of S$2.90, which is one of the highest amongst the Singapore REITs. Institutional investors own over 50% of the company, so together than can probably strongly influence board decisions. I am bullish on Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX:PLS) as Pilbara Minerals shares have been a star performer in 2022, it is ranked number one on the 2022 list of Top 10 hot ASX stocks in the Tiger Community and it is also one of Australia’s biggest listed pure-play lithium mining players. As of February 2023, Pilbara Minerals Ltd has a market cap of AUD14.66B in Market Capitalization. Pilbara is among the world’s top 10 global lithium producers. It is one of the very few ASX lithium shares that is actually producing lithium. Many others are explorers in the early stages of building mines. So, looking long term, Pilbara is well placed in that sense because it’s establishing customer relationships now, well in advance of other ASX lithium companies that don’t yet have anything to sell. After a slow start to the year, the company's shares recovered in the second quarter of 2022 as lithium prices rose. As of February 2023 Microsoft has a market cap of USD 1.923 Trillion. This makes Microsoft the world's second most valuable company by market cap. The market capitalization, commonly called market cap, is the total market value of a publicly traded company's outstanding shares and is commonly used to measure how much a company is worth. The multinational corporation is one of the biggest tech companies in the world and remains a leader in software development. No other company in the world provides such comprehensive business solutions as Microsoft does. Building up business technology ecosystem from hardware and operating system to software and cloud service, Microsoft can empower business from startups to global enterprises.
