$Netflix(NFLX)$   Streaming became the largest source of income for composers and songwriters in 2022 and helped boost their collections by more than a quarter to 10.83 billion euros ($11.44 billion), a report showed on Thursday.

$NIO Inc.(NIO)$  After losing about 70% of its value in 2022, shares of the Chinese EV (electric vehicle) maker Nio (NYSE:NIO) continue to underperform the broader markets so far this year. While analysts’ average price target suggests significant upside potential, increased competition and pressure on margins indicate that the downtrend in the stock could be sustained, at least in the near term.

$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$  Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:AMD) stock slid lower throughout September, because of both macro worries and the continued waning of “AI mania.” However, at the end of the month, AMD stock rallied, and it all had to do with the chip designer’s most talked-out growth catalyst.

$NIO Inc.(NIO)$  In September 2023, it delivered 15,641 EVs. This is an increase of +43.8% YoY. Compared to its August 2023 delivery (19,329 EVs), it is down -19.08%. Compared to its July 2023 delivery (20, 462 EVs), its is down -23.56%

$Sea Ltd(SE)$  For most of September, shares of Sea Limited (SE) drifted lower along with the S&P 500. That was until the final week of the month, when it suddenly jumped, finishing 16.8% higher in September, according to data provided by S&P Global Market Intelligence. That crushed the negative 5% return for the S&P 500.

$NIO Inc.(NIO)$  NIO delivered 15,461 units in September, up about 44% from the same time last year. For the third quarter, NIO delivered 55,432 units, up about 75% from a year ago.

$Netflix(NFLX)$  A court in Germany has ruled that Netflix Inc. has been infringing on a Broadcom Inc. patent related to video coding, Broadcom Inc. said on Monday. As a result, the District Court of Munich issued an injunction that requires Netflix to “cease and desist” all further infringements of the patent in Germany. “Netflix has built a robust video streaming business that relies on Broadcom’s patented technology to deliver content to its users, and Broadcom is pleased to see this recognized by the German court,” said Mark Terrano, general manager of Broadcom’s intellectual property and licensing division.
