Perica, Apple’s vice president of corporate development, has resigned from Didi’s board, according to a one-sentencerelease postedon Didi’s website this month. Didi didn’t respond to requests for comment. Apple declined to comment.The departure of Perica, who also heads Apple’s mergers and acquisitions strategy, follows a tumultuous year for Didi. Since the company went ahead with a US initial public offering against Beijing’s wishes in June last year, Didi’s app has been pulled from China’s mobile stores, preventing meaningful growth and erasing more than 80% of its market value.Didi said in May it willdelistfrom the New York Stock Exchange. Last month, it wasfined$1.2 billion by the Chinese government for infractions that Beijing said compromised national security, ending a yearlong probe.Perica joined Didi’s board in 2016 after Apple made a $1 billion investment in the ride-hailing app, giving the smartphone maker amore secure footholdin the Chinese market amid rising US-China tensions. ,"news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":4709,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9090632364,"gmtCreate":1643161721747,"gmtModify":1676533780661,"author":{"id":"3582193567182060","authorId":"3582193567182060","name":"shasha88","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/6ff907562e059a43d063be4041961b31","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582193567182060","authorIdStr":"3582193567182060"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"Ok In the past year, U.S. stocks with abundant liquidity rarely dropped by more than 1%; The safe-haven currencies USD and CHF...

Web link

\n
\n\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/fd680cd945fd32917c8ece66ec685e5f","relate_stocks":{},"source_url":"https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/xXzCRn4-Fbn8KtsTsFslfw","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1118602028","content_text":"港股下跌最多的行业是地产和金融,其核心原因是相关风险事件发酵以及对房地产企业流动性的担忧。\n在中秋小长假期间,中国市场地产板块波动、美联储议息临近等因素引发风险资产大跌。\n本周一(9月20日),恒大集团港股一度暴跌近20%,收盘跌超10%,恒生指数收盘跌3.3%,连带着富时中国A50股指期货大幅下跌;美国标普500指数大跌1.7%,近一年来流动性充裕的美股鲜少出现高于1%的跌幅;避险货币美元和瑞郎吸引了避险资金成为最强货币;美元指数一举突破93大关,到达3月高点,离岸人民币一度跌幅扩大至400点,逼近6.48附近;大宗商品普遍走弱。\n不过,周二(9月21日)市场企稳反弹,美股股指期货涨幅扩至1%附近,恒指小幅反弹近0.5%。接受第一财经记者采访的中外资机构交易人士认为,节后开盘,境内股、债、汇市场可能承压,9月23日恒大合计1.195亿美元的美元、人民币债券利息兑付将引发关注,此次大跌导致部分市场或标的被错杀。此外,市场也格外关注北京时间周四凌晨美联储的利率决议,届时美联储将更新经济展望。\n\n节中全球风险资产大跌\n周一(9月20日)是日本、中国和韩国的公共假日,仍在交易的境外市场剧烈波动。恒大股价周一跌幅高达10.24%,今年迄今累计下跌超80%。恒生指数表现最差,周一跌幅3.3%,成为年内最差的交易日。\n港股下跌最多的行业是地产和金融,核心原因是相关风险事件发酵以及对房地产企业流动性的担忧。避险情绪瞬间传导至全球市场,美国期货市场周一开盘走低。\n\n由于港股和美元债市场的国际投资者占比很高,资金进出较为剧烈,导致节中市场波动较大。\n“内、外资对近期风险资产的解读区别较大,例如某外资重仓的银行股在周一大跌近10%,但其实该行表内贷款中对某开发商的贷款余额几乎为零(表外理财不详),这可能更多是因为外资恐慌所致。”招商证券银行首席分析师廖志明在电话会上提及。\n美元债市场的剧烈波动也体现了外资的情绪。晨星(Morningstar Direct)的数据显示,国际资管巨头瑞银、汇丰和贝莱德一直在加码恒大债券。“鉴于息差不断扩大和估值差具有吸引力,我们看到一些基金在2021年7月至8月期间加码了中国恒大债券。”晨星基金经理研究分析师Patrick Ge对第一财经记者表示,但就目前而言,债券经理对逢低买入的态度不一,不少机构此前开始清理敞口,加剧了市场波动。\n具体而言,贝莱德于今年1至8月期间,净增加3130万份由恒大发行的债券,但基于债券的市场价值下降,该债券在投资组合的占比反而下降。贝莱德的恒大资产占投资组合约1%;汇丰于1月至7日期间,新增逾40%恒大债券,但占投资组合的比例却降至1.22%(因市值收缩);截至今年5月,瑞银亚洲高息债券基金将恒大的敞口降低了0.09个百分点,但今年前5个月持有的债券份额仍上升25%。\n此外,多位交易员对记者表示,美股的罕见大跌更多是像市场在找理由回调。“在过去10个多月中,标普500指数连一次5%程度的小幅回调都未曾经历,而历史平均水平约为每年3次。从技术面交易员的角度来看,也就是标普500指数在过去10个月里每次回落至50天均线时,都会立即获支撑并反弹至新高。”嘉盛集团资深分析师佩里(Joe Perry)对记者称。\n他称,“如果问去年股指给投资者留下了什么教训,那就是‘逢低买入’绝对是一种万无一失的交易良策。目前,倾向看涨的交易员可以考虑当前水平附近买入机会,并于50天均线下方设置一个紧密的止损点,以股指攻入新高作为目标,从而获得一个强劲的风险回报比,市场目前的恐慌情绪并未失控。”9月21日,美股期货出现反弹。\n境内股、债市场影响可控\n受境外大跌的影响,机构预计A股可能低开,但整体波动幅度和冲击可能小于离岸市场。\n“由于互联网、游戏、教育板块集中在港股市场,近期相关板块本来已受到较大冲击而导致市场情绪敏感,加之国际投资者在港股市场较为集中,因此境外市场很容易出现大幅波动。”招商证券首席策略师张夏表示,相比之下,A股市场对相关板块敞口较小。早在8月,摩根士丹利就提出,目前相对于离岸市场,转为超配A股,其中例如半导体本地化、碳中和等受到政策支持的板块更为集中。\n廖志明表示,离岸市场对于近期风险事件的反应过度。就银行而言,对于地产的敞口主要是三部分——房地产开发贷款和个人按揭贷款、债券投资、非标资产(例如信托产品)。其中,在房价大体平稳的背景下,按揭贷款风险很小,近几年严控的开发贷余额的整体占比较低且抵押物充足,即便开发商破产,相关抵押物的变现能力仍较好,银行还可引入其他开发商来继续开发并出售房产;就银行自营债券而言,目前持仓主要以地方政府债券为主,信用债占比不到10%,地产债占总体的比例则更低;表外理财资金对于地产债和非标的敞口可能更大一些,尤其是股份行。此外,银行代销的信托产品等可能涉及地产资产,例如,涉及地产项目前端融资的部分可能存在抵押物不足的情况,需要关注后续的信用风险。\n对于市场更为关注的年底会否出现信用收缩,中航信托宏观策略总监吴照银对记者表示,信用收缩的源头主要有几个方面:一是货币供给增速从去年11月以来一直下行,社融增速从去年10月的13.7%下降到上个月的10.3%,M2、信贷增速都在下行,第四季度货币扩张的可能性并不大;二是关注风险事件会否带来宏观上的流动性紧张。\n更多机构认为,目前涉房负债约60万亿元(包含个人房贷、开发贷、境内外发债),其中开发贷和境内发债都是负增长,如果政策要维持中性或托底,四季度和明年上半年可能会出现开发贷和境内发债边际增长的情况。此外,市场对于定向降准的预期仍然存在,因而境内债市情绪并不悲观。\n瑞银证券中国利率市场策略分析师夏愔愔对记者表示,四季度利率债供给压力将增加,预计央行仍会灵活调节,在政府债券发行过于集中时对资金面给予一定支持,DR007没有太大上行风险,仍会围绕央行7天逆回购利率窄幅波动。“四季度MLF到期量2.45万亿元,我们预计央行有可能会再度降准来进行一部分对冲。”\n人民币波动率将攀升\n节日期间,由于避险情绪助推美元指数重回年初高点,离岸人民币小幅走贬。截至北京时间9月21日21:16,美元/离岸人民币报6.4815,在岸人民币周三开盘大概率走贬。\n近几个月来,美元对人民币一直处于6.4~6.5的窄幅波动区间,市场异常平静,此前1年隐含波动率跌到5以下的低水平。“不论后续汇率如何走,更为确定的是,当波动率低到一定程度时,后期放大的概率就会变得很大。”交通银行总行国际业务部外汇业务专家朱延桦对记者表示,“我们观察了四个不同期限的波动率,包括涨跌幅和振幅,近期基本上都到了低点的阈值。根据过去经验,未来3个月内上下波动3%~4%的概率非常大。”\n\n朱延桦表示,“目前,就外部而言,人民币波动的变量包括美国存在债务上限问题,欧、美两家央行缩表的进程,疫情控制效果,经济复苏的快慢等,这些变量的变化会导致汇率上下波动。假如突然某几个问题的较量结果排列的方向一致,市场连续倒向一边,市场就会实现突破。”\n本周四的美联储议息会议将更大程度上影响汇率的走向。佩里对记者称,“鲍威尔此前清楚地阐明美联储需要看到就业市场持续改善,而近期的非农数据表明这一目标尚未达到,因此美联储将会按兵不动。但此次议息会议期间,美联储将发布新的经济展望概述,这将为市场提供一个观察美联储如何评估经济发展的窗口。目前,交易员们更关注11月和12月的议息会议,届时美联储可能真正宣布缩表时间表。”","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3946,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"defaultTab":"posts","isTTM":true}
